Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin

Olive Leaf is a savoury gin from Four Pillars, five years in the making. It is textural and bright, and made with the Martini and the gin and tonic in mind. It uses three types of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and olive leaf tea from the Cobram Estate groves in Victoria. Rosemary and bay leaf add a Mediterranean note, while native macadamia nuts and lemon myrtle give it a distinctly modern Australian character.
