Four Roses 100 Proof is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Four Roses distillery in Lawrenceburg, bottled at 50% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The whiskey is aged for seven to nine years. Four Roses works with ten recipes, made from two mash bills and five yeast strains. This bottling shows the spicy, high-rye side of that range. The nose offers ripe plum and cherries. On the palate come dried spice, pear, cocoa, vanilla and maple syrup, and the finish is smooth and delicately long.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
