Four Roses – Limited Edition Small Batch 2017 (75cl, 54.1%)

Four Roses Limited Edition Small Batch 2017 is a Kentucky bourbon from the Lawrenceburg distillery, bottled at barrel strength, 54.15% ABV (108.3 proof), without chill filtration, in a 750ml bottle. It combines four of the distillery's recipes: OBSV at 13 years, OBSK at 16 years, OESV at 15 years and OESK at 14 years. The combination was selected by Master Distiller Brent Elliott. The nose is rich with dried fruit, honey and baking spice. The palate is layered and complex, with spice and structure from the high-rye mashbill alongside the softness and fruit of the low-rye. The finish is long and evolving.
