Four Roses – OESK Single Barrel Bourbon (50%)

Four Roses OESK Single Barrel is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 50% (100 proof). It is drawn from one hand-selected barrel and made to the OESK recipe, one of ten used by Four Roses, which has made bourbon since 1888. This bottle is signed by Master Distiller Brent Elliott. The OESK recipe has a higher rye content and a yeast strain that brings out spicy, rich flavours. It is described as showing baking spice, mellow oak, tea leaves and a touch of caramel, with a warm finish.
