Four Roses Single Barrel is a Kentucky bourbon in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). The brand is owned by Kirin Brewery Company of Japan. The recipe is 60% corn, 35% rye and 5% malted barley. The nose is rich, fruity and balanced, with spice, cocoa and a light touch of vanilla. The palate is full, with spicy and fruity notes of plum, cherry and vanilla.
