Four Roses – Single Barrel Recipe OBSF (75cl, 50%)

Four Roses Single Barrel Recipe OBSF is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Lawrenceburg, drawn from a single barrel and bottled at 50% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is aged for between seven and nine years. The OBSF recipe uses Mash Bill B, made up of 60% corn, 35% rye and 5% malted barley, with the herbal yeast strain F. It was released in the Four Roses Single Barrel Collection, which marked 20 years of the flagship Single Barrel. The notes describe herbal top notes and bright rye spice over crisp apple and vanilla, with clove and a cocoa depth underneath.
