Four Roses – Single Barrel Recipe OBSK Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

This is a single barrel bourbon from Four Roses, made to the OBSK recipe and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). It is part of the 2026 Single Barrel Collection and was aged for seven to nine years in new charred oak at Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. OBSK is one of the distillery's ten bourbon recipes. It uses a high-rye mash bill of 60% corn, 35% rye and 5% malted barley, with the K yeast strain, which adds a slight spice. The distillery describes a nose of allspice, cocoa, vanilla and cinnamon, and a palate of rye spice and caramel. The finish is bright and rich, with lingering oak.
