Four Roses Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle. Four Roses makes ten bourbon recipes, each with its own mash bill and yeast strain, and for this bottling the master distiller selects four of them at peak maturity and mingles them by hand.
On the nose it is ripe plum and cherries with creamy vanilla, light oak and caramel. The palate is mellow and balanced, with red fruit, honey, cocoa and a hint of rye spice, and the finish is soft and long with lingering fruit and gentle oak.
