Four Roses Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof) in a 750ml bottle. It blends four bourbon recipes, made from two grain recipes and two yeast strains, balancing richer fruit flavours with spice.
The bourbon matures in new charred American oak barrels in single-story warehouses before blending and bottling.
It is described as ripe red berries, caramel and sweet oak with a touch of dried spice, and the fruit and sweetness carry into a soft, lingering finish.
