Four Roses – Small Batch Select Bourbon (75cl, 52%)

Four Roses Small Batch Select is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 52% in a 75cl bottle. Master Distiller Brent Elliott chose and mingled six of the distillery's ten bourbon recipes, each aged for a minimum of six years. The blend draws on two mashbills and five yeast strains, and the whiskey was matured in American oak for a minimum of six to seven years. The nose brings raspberries, clove and nutmeg. On the palate there are apricot, berries, vanilla and light oak, followed by a lingering finish of spearmint with a light touch of cinnamon.
