Four Roses Straight Bourbon is a straight bourbon bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is a blend of two mashbills: one of 75% corn, 20% rye and 5% malted barley, the other of 60% corn, 35% rye and 5% malted barley.
The colour is light amber. The nose is sweet and creamy, with Seville orange marmalade, lemon zest, corn sweetness and caramel. The palate is balanced and rich, with marmalade, acacia honey, cinnamon, lemon and oak. The finish is oaky and spiced.
