Four Roses – Visitor Selection 2021 Aged 20 Years (75cl)

Four Roses Visitor Selection 2021 is a 20-year-old single barrel Kentucky bourbon from the Lawrenceburg distillery, in a 750ml bottle. It is non-chill filtered. The recipe is OESV, a low-rye mashbill of 75% corn, 20% rye and 5% barley, paired with the V yeast strain, which gives delicate fruit and cream character. Each year's Visitor Selection uses a different recipe and age. The colour is very deep amber. On the nose there is dried orchard fruit, vanilla and caramel over deep oak. The palate is elegant and concentrated, with the softness of the low-rye mashbill. The finish is long and warm, with fruit notes that develop.
