Fox & Oden Straight Rye Whiskey (75cl, 45%)

Fox & Oden Straight Rye Whiskey is a four-year-old straight rye bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is blended in Holland, Michigan by CraftCo Brands, in the pre-Prohibition blending tradition of Joseph A. Magnus. The blend draws on sourced vintage rye stocks, combining 95% and 5% malted rye mash bills, and is bottled when it reaches what the brand considers peak maturity. The name pays tribute to Oden, Michigan, on the shores of Crooked Lake. Toffee, cocoa and citrus show on the nose. The palate brings cinnamon, peppercorns, citrus peel and rye spice, and the finish is warming rye spice.
