A Franciacorta sparkling wine from Bellavista, made from Chardonnay (77%), Pinot Noir (22%) and Pinot Blanc (1%) grown sustainably in Franciacorta. It spends at least 36 months on the lees. The nose shows fresh peach and citrus with subtle yeast and toasted almond notes. On the palate fine, persistent bubbles meet fresh acidity and creaminess, leading to a long finish. It works as an aperitif or with seafood and white meat dishes.
