Franciacorta DOCG Alma Non Dosato Assemblage 2 Magnum Bellavista (1.5L)

A Franciacorta DOCG sparkling wine from Bellavista, produced in the Franciacorta region of Lombardy. It receives no dosage after the second fermentation in bottle. It is composed mainly of Chardonnay, with touches of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc. On the nose it shows fresh fruit, citrus, light toasted bread and white flowers. On the palate it has a creamy texture, fine perlage and intense, refined flavours, with a long, clean finish. It is best served at 6-8°C and suits sophisticated starters, fish dishes or serving on its own as an aperitif. The magnum format is suited to special occasions.
