A Franciacorta DOCG Brut sparkling wine from Antica Fratta, made by the traditional method. It has a bright straw-yellow colour with fine, persistent perlage. The nose offers white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, yeast and toasted bread, with a lightly spicy undertone. On the palate the acidity is balanced by creamy mousse, with an elegant structure, medium body and a long, harmonious finish.
