Franciacorta DOCG Brut - Ricci Curbastro (37.5cl)

A Franciacorta DOCG Brut from Ricci Curbastro, made mainly from Chardonnay with Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco. The grapes are grown under strict sustainability criteria, and the wine is made from a careful selection of the best vintage, fermented first in tank and then in bottle by the traditional method. It shows a lively, persistent mousse with fine, continuous perlage. Aromas are delicate yet expressive, with ripe white fruit such as pear and apple, light citrus notes and fresh yeast reminiscent of bread crust. The balance between acidity and sugar makes it refreshing. It suits light starters, fish or an aperitif.
