Franciacorta DOCG Dosaggio Zero "Gualberto" from Cantina Ricci Curbastro is a sparkling wine made from selected Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, produced by traditional bottle fermentation with more than 30 months on the lees. It has no dosage of sugar liqueur at disgorgement. On the nose it shows fresh citrus, green apple, yeast, almond and stony minerality. In the mouth the absence of dosage highlights freshness and minerality, with vibrant acidity and a silky structure. It suits light starters, fish, seafood, sushi and sashimi, and is also suited to special occasions.
