Franciacorta DOCG Dosaggio Zero Nature - Bredasole (12.5%)

A Franciacorta DOCG Dosaggio Zero from Bredasole, with fine, continuous perlage and a bright straw colour. The nose is coherent and restrained, with white-fleshed fruit, citrus and light floral notes, tending towards freshness and minerality. On the palate it is dry, savoury and tense, with a linear texture that balances acidity and body, and a clean finish. It works as an aperitif with dry, gastronomic sparkling wine, and alongside fish, shellfish, grilled vegetables and fresh-ingredient dishes. Serve between 6 and 8 °C in white wine glasses or flutes.
