A Franciacorta Riserva made by the traditional method, matured for an extended period on the lees. It is a refined golden yellow with a persistent, fine perlage. The nose is rich and intensely aromatic, with ripe peach and pomegranate, yeast and toasted bread. On the palate it is creamy and enveloping, with acidity balancing the richness, and aromas of brioche and almond leading to a long finish with caramel and delicate spice. Serve at 6-8°C.
