A sparkling wine from Franciacorta, made mainly from Chardonnay and produced under DOCG standards.
It is pale straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose shows white flowers, citrus, green apple, a light peach note, yeast and fresh bread. On the palate it is creamy and soft, with a fresh acidity balanced by delicate sweetness.
It is ideal as an aperitif and also pairs with light starters, fish dishes and sushi, and suits special occasions.
