Franciacorta DOCG Zero from Cornaleto is a sparkling wine with a bright straw colour and fine perlage. The bouquet moves between delicate floral notes, white-fleshed fruit and mineral hints. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, with a slim body, lively but well-integrated acidity and a pleasant, persistent finish. Serve well chilled with fish starters, shellfish, sushi or fresh cheeses.
