A Franciacorta Satèn DOCG from Barone Pizzini, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco.
It has a delicate straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose shows hawthorn and acacia, fresh peach and citrus, with a light yeast note from long ageing on the lees. On the palate it is soft and velvety, with balanced acidity and fine perlage.
It suits an aperitif or delicate fish and seafood dishes.
