This is an Extra Cognac from François Voyer, labelled Grande Champagne and in the XO and older class. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
In the glass it is a dark mahogany colour. The nose brings cinnamon, clove, vanilla and other spices, together with dried fruits and a note of cigar box.
On the palate the flavours unravel slowly, long and complex.
