Francoli Morbida Barrique Grappa (70cl)

A grappa made from carefully selected pomace from prestigious Italian regions, aged in small oak barriques. It shows an aromatic complexity that combines fruity intensity with enveloping softness, with an amber colour and notes of vanilla, cocoa and sweet spices in elegant, persistent balance. Distillation follows traditional yet innovative methods that preserve the essence and freshness of the pomace. It is suited to serving at room temperature as a digestif, or slightly chilled to bring out further nuances.
