Frapin Fontpinot XO is a Cognac from Grande Champagne Premier Cru, made only from grapes grown on the Frapin estate, one of the largest vineyards in that area. It is a Château appellation: the grapes are harvested, distilled, aged and bottled at Château Fontpinot.
On the nose there is candied fruit such as apricot and fig, with marzipan, hazelnut, nougat and port. The palate is balanced, rich and complex, with dried and candied fruit.
