A VS cognac from the Grande Champagne area of the Cognac region in France, presented in a 70cl box.
It is distilled using traditional methods in copper stills and aged in selected French oak barrels. The spirit has a light amber colour.
On the nose there are fresh fruit notes such as apple and pear, with vanilla and sweet spices from the wood. The palate is soft and well balanced, with natural sweetness, lightly spicy tones and lively acidity, leading to a clean, persistent finish.
