Fraser & Thompson Blended Whiskey by Michael Bublé (75cl, 42%)

Fraser & Thompson is a blend of Canadian whisky and Kentucky bourbon, sold as a North American whiskey and bottled at 42% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It was blended and bottled by Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. The brand was co-founded by the singer Michael Bublé and master distiller Paul Cirka of Cirka Distilleries in Quebec, and developed by WES Brands. It launched in 2023 and takes its name from a Scottish-Canadian explorer and trader. The nose is fig and blood orange. On the palate come caramel, vanilla and warm spice, with the bourbon adding sweetness and the Canadian whisky keeping the finish smooth.
