Fraser & Thompson is a cross-border blend of Canadian whiskey and American bourbon, bottled at 42% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It was created by Michael Bublé together with Paul Cirka, founder and master distiller of CIRKA.
Bright fruit sits alongside rounded sweetness and restrained oak.
The nose is sweet fig, blood orange and vanilla. The palate is creamy, with caramel, sweet vanilla, light oak and gentle spice, leading to a subtle, warm finish.
