This is a 6 year old Kentucky straight bourbon from Freedom Fighter, in a 70cl decanter shaped as a raised fist. The design is inspired by the American flag and decorated in red, white and blue with stars and stripes, and the decanter has an artistic stopper and a matching display box.
The bourbon was aged in charred oak barrels.
The nose is caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and light baking spice. On the palate it is smooth and balanced, with brown sugar, honey, vanilla and oak spice. The finish is warm and medium in length, with lingering sweetness and gentle spice.
