Freeland Spirits – Bourbon Whiskey

Freeland Bourbon is a bourbon from Freeland Spirits, made as a tribute to the South and to Grandma Freeland, after whom the company is named. It is matured in charred American oak barrels, which give soft caramel, vanilla and spice. A final rest in Pinot Noir barrels from Oregon's Elk Cove adds a Pacific Northwest influence. Master Distiller Molly Troupe blends it for balanced texture and harmony of flavours.
