A red wine expressing the typical character of Freisa in the Langhe. Ruby in colour with violet reflections, it offers a fine, inviting bouquet of small red fruits, dog rose and light spicy notes, with a subtle floral touch. On the palate it is savoury and lively, with present but soft tannins supported by pleasant acidity. It suits Piedmontese and Mediterranean dishes, cured meats, semi-aged cheeses, tomato-based pasta and white meats or light braises. Serve at around 16-18 C in wide glasses.
