Frey Ranch – Farm Strength Uncut Straight Bourbon

Frey Ranch Farm Strength is an uncut straight bourbon made from the distillery's flagship four-grain recipe. Each small batch is tasted at cask strength before being reduced to the regular 90 proof, and this version leaves out that reduction. The name comes from how the Frey family likes to drink their whiskey on the ranch. As with the rest of the range, it is made from 100% grains grown on Frey Ranch itself. Each batch now includes both the 90 proof bottling and this uncut one, so the two can be tried side by side.
