Frey Ranch Straight Rye is a 100% rye whiskey made from sustainably grown winter rye raised on the Frey Ranch itself.
The nose opens with wood and rye spice, vanilla and caramel, followed by grapefruit zest, almond and honey. The palate is full-bodied and buttery, with plenty of black pepper and ginger up front. The finish is long, bringing velvety honey, raisin and cacao nibs.
