A blended straight bourbon from the Doc Holliday range, bottled at 96 proof (48% ABV) in a 75cl bottle. It is a blend of bourbons aged between four and eight years, and pays tribute to Doc Holliday and the spirit of the American frontier.
The nose is spice, vanilla and a hint of leather. The palate is caramel and honey, with cinnamon and rye spice, a smooth, creamy body and balanced oak. The finish is warm, with dark chocolate, pepper and lingering spice.
