This is a blended straight bourbon with a western theme, a tribute to Doc Holliday. It is made from straight bourbons aged between 4 and 8 years, so the softer sweetness of the younger stocks sits alongside the oak structure of the older barrels.
It is bottled at 48% ABV (96 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is vanilla and spice with a hint of leather. The palate brings caramel, honey, cinnamon, rye spice and balanced oak. The finish is dark chocolate and pepper, with lingering warmth.
