Friends of Irish Whiskey Fondillón Cask Strength
Yes another Boann Friends of Irish whiskey release, except this beautiful Irish Pot Still has spent two years resting in a finishing cask of Fondillón from Alicante.
"The Brasky Mass"
Selected as cask share No.3 for the Friends of Irish Whiskey.
Initially matured in bourbon barrels for 3.5 years, then finished for 2 years in a rare Fondillón cask from Alicante, Spain - a historic semi-sweet wine known for its richness and depth.
This is a beautiful Irish Pot Still, layered with dried fruits, nuts and orange peel, balanced by Boann's signature Irish Pot Still.
