A red wine from Torre Rosazza, from the Colli Orientali del Friuli. Made from Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso grown on mineral-rich hillside soils, it has an intense bouquet of ripe red fruits such as cherry and blackberry, with light spicy and undergrowth notes. On the palate it is structured and full-bodied, with soft tannins and balanced acidity that give freshness and longevity. Wood ageing adds complexity without covering its natural elegance. It pairs with robust meat dishes, aged cheeses and Friulian traditional dishes.
