A small-batch Georgia whiskey aged for four years in American oak and finished with real Georgia pecans, bottled at 35% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is made by FT35, a micro distillery in Northern Georgia, and each bottle is filled by hand at the distillery.
Toasted pecans lead the nose, with caramel, vanilla and a soft oak undertone. The palate is smooth and sweet, with roasted nuts, buttery notes and warm baking spice. The finish is long and warming, with toasted pecan, soft vanilla and a little oak tannin.
