Fuji Single Grain is a Japanese grain whisky from the Mount Fuji Distillery in Gotemba, Shizuoka Prefecture, which is owned by the Kirin Brewery Company. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 46%. The whisky is a blend of three styles of grain whisky, each distilled by a different method. The Bourbon-style is heavier and richer with a floral, fruity character, the Canadian-style is medium-bodied with a delicate fruitiness, and the Scotch-style is lighter and soft. Together they make a blend described as delicately fruity and mellow, with a multi-layered profile.
