Kirin Fuji Single Grain is a Japanese grain whisky and the first single grain from the Mount Fuji distillery, which is the Kirin distillery renamed after the mountain 12 km away. It is a blend of three grain whiskies: a light one distilled in a column still, a medium one from a batch kettle, and an intense one from a Doubler still. The aim was a balance between light, cereal notes and rich, intense aromas, blended under Master Blender Jota Tanaka.
