Fully Cocked is an American bourbon with a corn-forward character, bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
As a bourbon, it is made from a grain mixture of at least 51% corn and aged in new charred oak barrels.
It is usually described as having caramel and vanilla on the nose, with cereal sweetness and toasted oak. The palate is brown sugar, corn and baking spice, with toffee and a little char. The finish is medium in length, with caramel sweetness and a gentle oak fade.
