Fundador Brandy Doble Madera (70cl)

Fundador Brandy Doble Madera is a Spanish brandy made with a double ageing in different woods. It is aged first in American oak casks, then in French oak casks, giving vanilla and spice aromas balanced by dried fruit and light toast. On the nose it opens with sweet wood and caramel, while the palate is velvety with an elegant structure and a persistent, slightly spicy finish. It is ideal as a digestif, neat or with ice, and pairs with dark chocolate desserts or aged cheeses.
