Fundador Brandy Supremo 18 is a Spanish brandy from the Jerez area, made from selected grapes and aged for at least 18 years in American oak casks.
It shows an intense aromatic complexity with vanilla, dried figs, toasted wood, dried fruit and a light spicy note. The palate is soft and round, with a full structure and a long finish, leaving traces of crema catalana and caramel.
It is best enjoyed neat after a meal, perhaps with dark chocolate or aged cheese.
