Fundador Sherry Cask Brandy (1L)

A Spanish brandy from Pedro Domecq, made from grapes grown in the Jerez region. The juice is fermented, gently distilled and then aged in oak casks, which give it an amber colour. This bottle holds one litre. It is soft and velvety, with vanilla and caramel, sweet spice and a faint trace of toasted wood. The finish is warm and lasting. It is best served neat at room temperature, though it also works in cocktails that call for a good brandy.
