A Spanish brandy from Jerez, made from a selected blend of distilled wines and aged in three types of wood: American oak, French oak and Caribbean oak.
The triple ageing gives it aromatic complexity and an elegant structure, with intense notes of vanilla, raisin, sweet spices and a touch of toast.
It is best enjoyed neat at room temperature, or used in refined cocktails and with nut or dark chocolate desserts.
