A Pinot Nero from Piedmont, made from selected Pinot Nero grapes. It balances freshness and structure, with ageing often in oak barrels that add softness and a delicate spicy touch without losing fruity vivacity. It has a bright ruby-red colour, with aromas of cherry, raspberry and light floral notes. The palate is harmonious, with velvety tannins and a persistent finish. It pairs with white meats, mushroom dishes or fresh cheeses.
