Fuori Misura Rosato Toscana IGT

A Tuscan rosato from San Giusto Rentennano, with a light pink colour and bright reflections. The nose favours freshness, with small red fruits, light floral notes and a citrus touch in balance. On the palate it is linear, supported by good acidity and a slim structure, with a pleasant softness that keeps it flowing but not lacking in personality. It shows savouriness and a contained but satisfying persistence. It suits aperitifs, lighter seafood dishes, rich salads and delicate cured meats, and is best served chilled and drunk young.
