A Sauvignon Blanc from the Vigneti delle Dolomiti in Trentino-Alto Adige, produced by Borgo dei Posseri. The high-altitude, mountain-influenced microclimate gives the wine freshness and aromatic complexity. The Sauvignon Blanc is grown with great care and shows intense aromas of aromatic herbs, citrus and a delicate hint of exotic fruit. Vinification favours varietal character, preserving lively, clean aromas. On the palate it is elegant and enveloping, with vibrant acidity balanced by softness and a persistent finish with mineral notes typical of the dolomitic soil. Suited to an aperitif or to fish, shellfish and white meat dishes.
