Fuyu Japanese Small Batch Whisky (75cl)

Fuyu is a small batch blended whisky from Japan, made from malt and grain whiskies from distilleries on the island of Honshu. It comes in a 75cl bottle. The nose brings greengages and sandalwood, with a touch of earthy peat and buttered rye that develops slowly. On the palate, rounded orchard fruit sweetness meets savoury grain and a subtle nutmeg warmth. The finish is dusty oak and earthy vanilla pod.
